摘    要:针对飞机加装管路系统的压力瞬变过程,给出了流体及管路结构的动特性方程,提出采用特征线法和有限元法相结合的方法来研究流体结构相互作用。通过构造通向机翼12号油箱的1:1地面试验台架,监测加油控制活门关闭时油箱前的动态压力,仿真分析表明:管道应力波与水锤压力波之间会产生能量转换,导致压力的高频脉动及传统基波周期的改变。仿真分析与试验结果的吻合验证了考虑FSI(fluid-structureinteraction)的合理性及所采用方法的正确性。

Abstract:Aiming at the large transient pressure of airplane refueling pipeline system caused by the sudden closure of shut-off valve, both the fluid equations and pipeline equations are presented in this paper. Then the method of characteristics (MOC) and the finite element method (FEM) are utilized to investigate the fluid-structure interaction. At last the experiments are carried out for the pipeline system connected with No 12 reservoir, and the analytical results show that the energy in the water-hammer wave is transformed into stress wave energy and vice versa in the working conditions, which redistributes the waves shape and changes the basic-water-hammer periods. The agreement of transient pressure between the experiment and simulation shows that the method mentioned above is valid and correct.
