| 摘 要： | 随着现代竞技体育的飞速发展,体育运动的强度越来越大,运动性疲劳也越来越受到广大教练员和运动员的关注。本文通过对运动性疲劳的概念、特点进行综合分析,从生理学角度为运动性疲劳的诊断提供依据,并找到促进疲劳恢复的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Along with the rapid development of modern competitive sports,the intensity of sports is more and more big,and the exercise-induced fatigue has gained more and more attention from most of coaches and athletes.Through the comprehensive analysis on the concept and characteristics of exercise-induced fatigue,this paper provided the evidence for the diagnosis of exercise-induced fatigue from the angle of physiology,and found the effective method of getting over from fatigue. |
