| 摘 要： | 探讨大学生复原力的现状及其与应对方式的关系,为大学生心理健康教育和辅导工作提供参考.方法：采用大学生复原力量表和简易应对方式问卷对延安大学的388名学生进行调查.结果：①城镇大学生的复原力水平明显高于农村大学生（P＜0.01）,不同性别、年级的大学生复原力水平无显著差异（P＞0.05）;②复原力与应对方式显著相关（P＜0.01）.结论：①不同类型与不同地域大学生的复原力水平有一定差异;②积极的应对方式对复原力有促进作用,而消极的应对方式阻碍复原力的发展.

| Abstract: | This study aims to explore the relationship between the resilience and coping style of college students and to provide suggestion for the mental health education and counseling of college students. Methods Resilience Scale for Colleze students and Simolified Cooing Style Ouestionnaire were tested for 388 students from Yanan University.Results （1）Resiliency of urban college students was greater than that of rural college students （P 〈 0. 01 ） , but the effects of sex and grade were not significant （P 〉 0. 05 ）. （2）There was a significant correlation between resilienceand coping style（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion （1）The resilience was different among different kinds and regions of college students. （2）Positive coping style had a promoting -effect on resilience of students, whereas negative coping style had an impedingeffect. |
