| 摘 要： | 宁波市工业化、城市化进程加快,工业用地和城市建设用地需求扩大,农村集体土地大量被征用,失地农民数量急剧上升。文章在对国内外失地农民就业研究进行梳理的基础上,运用社会调查方法,以宁波市鄞州区为个案,对宁波市失地农民就业现状进行了调查,分析了宁波市失地农民就业的特征及其存在的问题。

| Abstract: | In recent years,due to the accelerating industrialization and urbanization process in Ningbo city,a large amount of collective land has been expropriated,which has caused a fact that more and more peasants have lost their farmland.This paper will study the current situation of unemployment among the landless peasant in Ningbo city,and then give corresponding suggestions and policies.During this study,questionnaire survey methods will be used to collect data,and Yinzhou will be considered as the cases for study. |
