| 摘 要： | 本文研究了采用纸色谱法控制新有机显色剂的合成过程和纯化过程的方法。结果表明,采用该法进行控制以后,有机显色剂的合成产率和产品纯度均可大大提高。根据纸色谱对粗产品的展开结果,可更好地选择进一步纯化的适宜条件和方法,有效地提高纯化效果。本文介绍的方法具有快速、有效、简便、实用之优点。

| Abstract: | A method for controlling synthesis and purification of organic chromogenic reagents with paper chromatography is described. By the proposed method, the productive rate and the purity of organic chromogenic reagents can be improved. This method has quick, simple and easy, effective, and practical advantages. |
