Multiple roles of the teachers in teaching are an indisputable social being.From the perspective of supply and demand in economics,by analyzing factors affecting College English teachers＇ role orientation in the classroom,the article finds out that its orientation is subject to the teachers＇ own supply which depends on their own quality.In turn,the result reflects time-limit,diversity and efficiency of teachers＇ roles.
