| 摘 要： | 现阶段,军校文职人员普遍集中在教员和图书管理员两个岗位,个别院校还在后勤管理等行政岗位上聘有文职人员。随着文职人员制度的不断深化,军校中文职人员的比例将不断增加。为了更好地了解军校文职人员制度的实施情况,清晰、准确地把握军校文职人员管理过程中的问题,总结管理中成功的经验和做法,对进一步搞好文职人员管理具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | At the present stage,most non-military personnel in military universities and colleges hold the posts of teachers and librarians,while some in logistic managements.With the deepening of non-military personnel system,its proportion is still on the rise.In order to get a clearer picture of it,existing problems should be correctly sorted out,and successful experience should be concluded.Some suggestions are proposed. |
