摘    要:为探索师徒制情境下工作重塑的影响机理,基于文献分析和理论推演,构建师傅工作重塑、师傅角色楷模、徒弟自我效能感与徒弟工作重塑四者间的关系假设模型,并采用结构方程模型及中介效应检验对搜集到的华北某企业135对师徒样本数据进行实证分析。结果表明:师傅工作重塑对徒弟工作重塑有正向影响作用;师傅角色楷模和徒弟自我效能感在上述关系中分别发挥着部分中介作用;师傅角色楷模-徒弟自我效能感中介链在师傅工作重塑影响徒弟工作重塑的过程中发挥着链式中介作用。

Abstract:In order to explore the influence mechanism of job crafting in the context of apprenticeship, based on literature analysis and theoretical deduction, this study constructs a hypothesis model of the relationship among master''s job crafting, master''s role model, apprentice''s self-efficacy and apprentice''s job crafting, and uses structural equation model and mediating effect test to analyze 135 pairs of sample data collected from an enterprise in North China. The results show that: Master''s job crafting has a positive effect on apprentice''s job crafting; master''s role model and apprentice''s self-efficacy play a part of intermediary role in the above relationship; master''s role model apprentice''s self-efficacy intermediary chain plays an intermediary role in the process of master''s job crafting affecting apprentice''s job crafting.
