摘    要:为满足“银龄群”对助餐服务多样化和高质量的需求,进一步推进助餐服务均等化,构建科学合理的评价体系和评价方法是提升嵌入式养老助餐服务可及性的关键步骤。本文从“可及性”的可获得性、空间可达性、可负担性、适切性、可接受性的五个维度,构建了嵌入式养老助餐服务的评价指标体系。运用求取主观权重的网络层次分析法(ANP)和求取客观权重的熵权法进行综合赋权,得到评价指标的综合权重,然后采用模糊综合评价法结合综合权重对嵌入式养老助餐服务可及性满意度进行综合评价。结果表明,该方法具有科学性和合理性,为完善和推动嵌入式养老助餐服务的发展提供了量化依据和理论指导。

Abstract:In order to meet the diversified and high-quality needs of the "silver age group" for catering services, and to further promote the equalization of catering services, constructing a scientific and reasonable evaluation system and evaluation method is to improve the accessibility of embedded catering services key step. This paper constructs an evaluation index system of embedded catering services for the elderly from the five dimensions of "accessibility" availability, spatial accessibility, affordability, applicability, and acceptability. Use the analytic network method (ANP) for obtaining subjective weights and entropy method for obtaining objective weights to comprehensively assign weights to obtain the comprehensive weights of the evaluation indicators, and then use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with the comprehensive weights to provide embedded support services for the elderly Comprehensive evaluation of accessibility satisfaction. The results show that the method is scientific and reasonable, and provides quantitative basis and theoretical guidance for improving and promoting the development of embedded catering services for the elderly.
