基于综合赋权的嵌入式养老助餐服务可及性评价方法研究

为满足“银龄群”对助餐服务多样化和高质量的需求,进一步推进助餐服务均等化,构建科学合理的评价体系和评价方法是提升嵌入式养老助餐服务可及性的关键步骤。本文从“可及性”的可获得性、空间可达性、可负担性、适切性、可接受性的五个维度,构建了嵌入式养老助餐服务的评价指标体系。运用求取主观权重的网络层次分析法（ANP）和求取客观权重的熵权法进行综合赋权,得到评价指标的综合权重,然后采用模糊综合评价法结合综合权重对嵌入式养老助餐服务可及性满意度进行综合评价。结果表明,该方法具有科学性和合理性,为完善和推动嵌入式养老助餐服务的发展提供了量化依据和理论指导。

Research on the Evaluation Method of Embedded Support Meal Service Accessibility Based on Comprehensive Empowerment
