科技型中小企业知识产权质押融资影响因素研究

科技型中小企业对我国经济发展起着重要作用，但科技型中小企业资金问题一直阻碍着其成长与发展。知识产权质押融资是解决科技型中小企业资金短缺的有效途径，目前对其影响因素进行综合分析的实证研究还比较少。本文采用结构方程模型，探讨政府、银行、中介机构对企业知识质押融资的影响及其路径。研究结果表明，在知识产权质押融资过程中政府对银行和中介机构有直接影响，政府可通过银行间接影响企业知识产权质押融资。

Research on the Influencing Factors of Intellectual Property Pledge Financing of Technology-based SMEs

Technology-based SMEs play an important role in China''s economic development, but the funding problems of technology-based SMEs have always hindered their growth and development. Intellectual property pledge financing is an effective way to solve the shortage of funds for technology-based SMEs. At present, empirical research on comprehensive analysis of its influencing factors is relatively small. This paper uses a structural equation model to explore the impact of government, banks, and intermediary agencies on corporate pledge financing and its path. The research results show that the government has a direct impact on banks and intermediaries in the process of intellectual property pledge financing, and the government can indirectly affect corporate intellectual property pledge financing through banks.
