疫情应对中政务短视频传播策略研究以哔哩哔哩平台为例

摘    要:本研究对哔哩哔哩平台与疫情相关的、播放量最高的政务短视频进行了考察,并且对每个视频按照热度选取一级评论来分析视频的网络情绪。研究发现,疫情应对中政务短视频传播效果较好,网络情绪正向为主。研究认为,需要进一步发挥政务短视频在疫情应对中的作用,打造优质的视频内容,采取积极的营销措施,并利用新技术促进政务短视频传播。

Abstract:The most-played government short videos related to the epidemic on the BILIBILI platform were studied, and first-level comments were selected for each video to analyze the online sentiment of the video. The study found that government short videos had better dissemination effects in response to the epidemic. And internet sentiment was positive. The study shows that government short videos need to give full play their role in response to the epidemic, to create high-quality video content, take active marketing measures, and use new technologies to promote the dissemination of government short videos.
