| 摘 要： | 针对日趋竞争激烈的建筑市场工程项目投标工作的复杂性 ,文章在分析工程项目投标过程的基础上提出用项目管理的WBS (workbreakdownstructure)工作方法处理投标工作任务 ,以提高工作效率 ,并根据实践给出了在投标过程中使用WBS的方法和原则 ,探讨了投标管理的一种新的思维方法

| Abstract: | The work breakdown structure method in project was proposed to deal with problems in biding,according to the comploxity of project bid in the intensively competitive architecture market aimed at improving work efficiency and,based on the analysis of bid entering of engineering project,and on the basis of practice,a new way and principle to use WBS in the bid entering were put forword a thought method for bid entering management was discussed as well. |
