高熔体强度聚丙烯的非等温结晶动力学

摘    要:运用DSC手段研究了高熔体强度聚丙烯的非等温结晶行为,并与普通聚丙烯进行了对比。对所得数据用修正Avrami方程的Jeziorny法进行处理。用Jeziorny法求出的参数Zcn随冷却速率的增加而增加 ,但高熔体强度聚丙烯的Zcn值略大于线性聚丙烯的Zc n。在相同的降温速率下高熔体强度聚丙烯的ΔHc 比普通聚丙烯的ΔHc 的小。

Abstract:The kinetics of nonisothermal crystallization of high melt strength PP and conventional PP was studied by means of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). The modified Avrami theories of Jeziorny was used to analyze the data of DSC. The values of Zc and n increased with increase in cooling rate, and the values of Zc and n of high melt strength PP were higher than those of conventional PP at the same cooling rate. The values of ΔHc of high melt strength PP were lower than those of conventional PP at the same cooling rate.
