四川银莲花属(Anemone)花粉形态及其演化研究

摘    要:对银莲花属植物的花粉形态在扫描电子显微镜及光学显微镜下进行了细致的观察,总结了本属植物花粉粒萌发器官的7种类型,其中有2种(单环沟及散沟具颗粒状刺型)系首次报道。另一种类型以前在国外种中有报道,此次在我国的本属植物中亦有发现,还论述了花粉粒萌发器官同地理分布的演化关系,同植物染色体基数之间的联系,指出了染色体基数为7的种类花粉粒为多沟类型,染色体基数为8的种类花粉粒为三沟型,并同本属植物的分组结合

Abstract:The article described the pollen morphological characteristics of 18 species under SEMand LM.concluded 7 types of pollen germination apparatus among them,2 types were found first inAnemone,another one was seen first in China. It was discussed that the evolutional trends of pollengermination apparatus a nd the relationship between the characteristics of pollen germination apparatusand the basic chromosome numbers(BCN).It was pointed out that the pollens of species with BCN 7are muti-colpus,the others with BCN 8 are 3-colpus usually. After thinking the pollen graingermination apparatus's evolution trend and the phenomenon of disjunction distribution of Anemone.The writer concluded that the southwestern area of China iS an originated center of Anemone,thenorthcastern area of China is a lateral branch of Anemone in evolution.
