| Abstract: | This paper sums up the experience in tackling key problems of the int-egrated circuits during the sixth and seventh Five-Year Plans in our country.Atwo-step strategic policy to develop the IC technologies in China is presented.Wealso map out in the paper a set of research projects which should be put emphasis on in the eighth Five-Year Plan. |
