基于三维模型湿软土壤条件下履带结构匹配研究

摘    要:根据McKyes分析挡板受力提出的McKyes-Ali三维模型,结合贝克方法和WANG等人的研究方法,将三维模型应用到履带-地面作用分析中。利用三维模型预测湿软土壤下履带板牵引力,基于挂钩牵引力选择最佳履刺厚度比,为典型土壤条件下履带结构优化提供技术支持。

Abstract:after several decade development, engine power of tracked vehicle increases gradually. The mobility increases at the same time. However, there is less improvement in track structure, and the function of track improves driving force is ignored. Based on the Mckyes-Ali three-dimensional model proposed by Mckyes, and the Bekker and Nobutaka research methods are combined with it, three-dimensional model is applied to analyze the interaction between track and terrain. Calculate the track plate drawbar pull on marshy soil in three-dimensional model and choose the best track thickness ratio, supply a technical support to track structural optimization on typical soil.
