Safety & Harmlessness Clothing Design Based on the Psychological Features of Pregnant Women

Consumers for clothing are now gradually getting more mature. They are not satisfied any more with the basic functions of clothing such as covering body to get warm or making people look good. People pay more and more attention to the hygienic safety and harmlessness of the clothing. Pregnant women, as a special group, have higher requirement for the safety and harmlessness to their clothes. So, based on the body data measurement and a questionnaire investigation, this paper presents a systematic discussion of the safety and harmlessness for pregnant women's clothing in terms of structure and material with the research ideas of free of all obstacles, environment and safety, which could offer some theoretical basis for the development of functional clothing.
