| Abstract: | Anaerobic bacteria are classified among other criteria by the presence or absence of phospholipase and lipase. The liquid gas chromatographic method detects with great sensibility the lipasic activity of the anaerobic bacteria. A liidolytic action has been demonstrated in Cl. perfringens. |
