| Abstract: | The innovation of teaching method is a key for improving the teaching level. It is also a concrete action to carry out the important thought, " three represents". The paper not only analyses the four relations which should be well dealt with in the case-teaching of financial management, and also gives the corresponding measures for bettering the case-teaching. |
