| Abstract: | This paper discusses on the methods for rational control of the construction cost made by the project owners, which include carrying out the project management according to the national laws and regulations, doing well the earlier stage work of the investment project, exercising the competitive-bidding system, promoting the valuation model with the quantities bill, strengthening the cost control in the construction stage, strengthening the cost control in the audit link, and strengthening the document management of the investment project. |
