河北省大学生就业心理危机问题调查及预防干预对策

调查表明就业问题已经成为引起高校毕业生产生烦躁、抑郁、敌对等不良情绪和心态的主要原因之一,也是毕业生中出现轻生行为的重要诱因。就业心理危机已成为影响大学生成才和高校、社会稳定的突出因素。因此,政府进一步开拓农村就业市场、改革招生制度、引导社会树立正确就业价值取向;高校转变就业指导工作重点,构建完善的毕业生心理危机预警系统与干预机制,是当前预防就业心理危机的主要对策。

Research on the Prevention and Intervention Strategy of Employment Psychological Crisis among University Students in Hebei Province

The research shows that employment problems have become one of the main reasons for the unhealthy emotions among university graduates, such as fidgety, depression and hostility, as well as the major reason for suicide of some graduates. The employment psychological crisis has been the outstanding factor that influences achievement of university students and social stability. Therefore, the strategies of preventing employment psychological crisis at present should focus on government's further development of rural employment market, reform of the enrollment system, the guidance of setting up the right value orientation of society, the changes of employment guidance essential in universities, and the construction of perfect presentation and intervention system.
