因特网系统特性浅析

Internet建立以后，实现了从低级到高级的演化，对人们的生活产生了极大的影响。把握Internet的整体演化规律，从整体上分析和解决Internet的网络安全、信息堵塞等问题，对推动Internet的有序发展有重大的现实意义。根据开放的复杂巨系统理论，探讨Internet的本质，指出Internet是一个开放的复杂巨系统，应该采用处理开放的复杂巨系统的方法论和方法来指导关于Internet整体发展的研究工作。

Systematic Analysis of the Peculiarity of Internet

Since the set up of Internet, it has finished the evolvement from low-grade to high-grade, and made great influence to the life of peoples. Holding the evolve ment rule of the Internet, analysing and solving the questions such as network safety, informatio n jam of Internet from holistic, have practical meaning to promote the ordered development of Internet. The authors explored the nature of Internet, and indicated that it is an open complex giant syste m based on the theory of open complex giant systems. We should use the methodology that interpr ets the open complex giant systems to solve the research of the holistic development of Inter net.
