| 摘 要： | 以黄酮含量为考察目的,利用藏药鬼箭锦鸡儿中黄酮的最佳提取方法进行提取;并利用分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品,对藏药鬼箭锦鸡儿种子中的黄酮含量进行测定.结果表明该药材种子中黄酮的平均含量为0.658%.利用分光光度法测定的样品结果准确可靠、重复性好.

| Abstract: | With the flavonoids content as an observed target,a optimum extracting method was used in this experiment;and the flavonoids in the seeds of Caragana jubata(Pall.) Poir.were analyzed qualitatively.In this paper,the content of flavonoids was 0.658% by spectrophotometic method with rutin as standard sample.A reasonable process was used to extract the flavonoids,and this determination results of samples by spectrophotometic method is reliable,accurate and reproducible. |
