磁湖春季浮游植物群落结构调查及水质评价

摘    要:为了明确黄石磁湖富营养化水平现状,2013年4月对其浮游植物群落结构及水质状况进行了调查。调查结果显示,浮游植物共111种,隶属7门54属,其中以绿藻门种类最多,占总种类数的47.76%;蓝藻门种类数次之,占总种类数的20.72%;浮游植物平均密度约为31.530×106个/L,其中以硅藻门和隐藻门数量最多,各占水体中浮游植物整体平均密度的32.50%和31.10%。基于浮游植物密度、优势种、污染指示种、Margalef多样性指数和国家地表水环境质量标准(GB 3832-2002)综合评价,磁湖水体污染较严重,属于中至富营养状态,达到国家水环境质量Ⅲ~Ⅳ类水质标准。通过分析磁湖春季浮游植物群落结构特征,并探讨其与环境因子的关系,旨在为磁湖的水生态环境管理与水生生物资源保护措施的制定提供参考依据。

Abstract:In order to figure out the current eutrophic state of Lake Ci in Huangshi City , the community structure of phyto-plankton and water quality in Lake Ci were investigated .111 speices of phytoplankton belonging to 54 genera 7 phyla were i-dentified, of which the most abuandant was Chlorophyta , with 53 species of 22 genera, accounting for 47.76% of the total species;followed successively by Cyanophyta , with 23 species of 14 genera, taking up 20.72%of the whole species;The av-erage density of the phytoplankton was about 31.530 ×106 cells/L, among which were the two richest phyla , Bacillariophyta and Cryptophyta , with a density of aproximately 10.236 ×106 and 9.805 ×106 cells/L, accounting for 32.50%and 31.10%of the total density of the phytoplankton , respectively .Based on a comprehensive assessment concerning phytoplankton densi -ty, dominant species , pollution indicating species , Margalef diversity index and the Environmental quality standards for sur-face water ( GB 3832-2002 ) , Lake Ci was highly contaminated , belonging to medium or high eutrophic state , with water quality reaching to Gade ⅢtoⅣby the standards of GB 3832-2002.
