机械产品创新与摩擦学设计

摘    要:文章论述了摩擦学设计的研究内容,指出了学科交叉性、工程先导性和潜在的经济性是现代摩擦学及摩擦学设计研究的显著特点,同时,摩擦学设计是机械性能研究的主要支柱;分析了摩擦学设计与制造业产品创新之间的关系,并以汽车中的动力系统、运动系统、制动系统、传动系统和大型覆盖件塑性加工系统为对象,进一步研究了产品性能创新与摩擦学设计的内在联系,针对产品创新对摩擦学设计研究需要进行了讨论。

Abstract:The research contents of tribology and tribologic design are introduced,and the main characteristics of modern tribology are thought to be inter-disciplinary and engineering leading and have potential economy.Tribology and tribologic design also have deep relationship with the innovation of products in manufacturing industry,and this relationship is shown with five important systems in vehicles including the driving system,the kinematical system,the braking system,the transmission system and the panel metal forming system.The research directions of tribology in accordance with innovation of products are also discussed in the paper.
