第三代移动通信系统QoS保障策略的原理及其实现方案

摘    要:根据第三代移动通信系统的QoS实现准则,首次提出将QoS业务协商机制和QoS数据传输机制相结合的QoS保障策略;应用每种业务类对应的差分服务映射规则和逐跳行为,同时应用基于类的加权公平队列(CBWFQ)的队列调度技术和加权随机早期检测(WRED)的报文丢弃技术,给出具体的QoS保障策略实现方案。该方案应用现有的差分服务技术,极大地降低了3G系统QoS保障策略实现的复杂性,能与现有的Internet网络的QoS策略进行无缝对接,灵活地支持各种新业务的QoS要求,真正实现端到端服务,具有很强的实用价值。

Abstract:Based on QoS(Quality of Service) rules in the third generation mobile communication system,the QoS guarantee policy which links the mechanism of QoS service arrangement and that of QoS data transferring is put forward in this paper.The DiffServe mapping rules and per hop behavior of each service are applied in this paper.And the realizing project of the QoS guarantee policy is concretely presented.The technology of queue schedule by class-based weighted fair queue(CBWFQ)and the technology of message rejection by weighted random early detection(WRED)are used in this project.And the project can be seamlessly connected to the QoS guarantee policy of Internet and sustain neatly all kinds of diversified QoS requests of new services.As a result the project has great practical value.
