| 摘 要： | 善意取得制度是制定和实施《物权法》需要解决的一个重要问题.本文着重讨论《物权法》第九章的相关内容,主要对善意取得是近现代民法广泛采用的一项重要制度作出分析和概述,并对动产与不动产以及盗赃、遗失物等占有脱离物是否适用善意取得进行深入探讨.
