| 摘 要： | 为了最优地使用限时重传技术提高IP网络上的视频传输Qo$，通过总结以往的限时重传技术的要点，提出了利用MPEG-4视频流格式以及其在传输层的RTP打包来提高重传的效率的MPEG-4视频限时重传优化策略，并拟定了ECR-RTP协议来支持策略的实现．实验结果证明，在低带宽的网络上，此策略对MPEG-4视频传输具有更好的QoS保证。

| Abstract: | To best improve the QoS of video communication with delay-limited retransmission technology, the key points of past delay-limited retransmission technologies are summarized in the paper. Thus, the optimized strategy and implementation of delay-limited retransmission for MPEG-4 video based on its RTP packet method are brought forward in this paper. Furthermore, the ECR-RTP protocol is provided to support the implementation. The results of experiment have proved that the strategy does give more QoS promise for MPEG-4 video communication on low-bandwidth network. |
