| 摘 要： | 中国古代监察制度经历了一个长期、曲折的发展过程。在此过程中，它以维护皇权作为自己的根本宗旨，是皇帝治吏的工具，皇帝的开明程度直接关系到监察制度作用的发挥。中国古代监察制度与封建王朝的兴衰有着密不可分的联系，在维护封建制度和加强皇权方面发挥了一定的作用。

| Abstract: | The supervisory system of china in ancient times had been undergoed for a long and rough process. As dtool for the emperor to control the government oaaicers. It' s radical aim was to safeguard the emperial power. On the countrary, the emperor is enlighted or not, it also had deep influrence to this system' s fulfilled.In china's long years of ancient times, the supervisory system had an intimate velation ship with the feudal dynasty ' s rise and decline. It played an important role in upholding feudal system and strengthening emperial power. |
