论中央苏区时期医生的思想政治工作

中央苏区时期,医生来源复杂,工作环境恶劣,业务量大,很容易产生畏难情绪和非无产阶级思想意识,因此有必要对其加强思想政治工作。中央苏区时期,党和政府的高度重视是医生思想政治工作卓有成效的基本前提;正确的卫生工作方针政策、明确的医院思想政治工作目标和任务,是医生思想政治工作顺利开展的有力保证。给予红色医生思想上的启迪和教育、政治上的保护和尊重、生活上的照顾和帮助、工作上的信任和鼓励,是这一时期医生思想政治工作的有效途径。

On the Ideological and Doctors in the Central Political Work for Revolutionary Base

When the revolutionary base was moved to the southwest in Jiangxi Province and west in Fujian Province, it was necessary to strengthen the ideological and political education for doctors, coming from complicated sources and working with much loads in bad conditions were prone to being frightened by the difficulties and non--proletarian thoughts. In the period, great importance had been attached by the Party and government was the basic precondition for the effective ideological education on the doctors. Correct heath work policies and clear ideological and political targets and tasks firmly guaranteed the smooth work on the education of doctors. It was an effective path in the ideological and political education for doctors in this period to give them enlightenment and education on thoughts, political protection and respect, living care and held and trust and encouragement to their work.
