玄武岩纤维混凝土力学性能的研究

摘    要:研究不同体积掺量的玄武岩纤维对混凝土抗压性能和抗拉性能的影响.根据试验可知,掺量范围内为0-5kg/m2时,随着纤维掺量增加,玄武岩纤维混凝土的抗压强度.KJL先增加后下降的规律,而劈裂强度则不断上升,因此玄武岩纤维的掺入对于混凝土早期强度有一定的提高作用.其中,对28d龄期混凝土试块的抗压强度影响最为显著;当掺量为4kg/m^3时,抗压强度最强,提高了46.3%,随着掺量继续增加,抗压强度呈现下降趋势.试验结果表明,在合理的纤维掺量下,混凝土抗压强度和劈裂强度有明显提高,纤维最优掺量值为4kg/m^3。

Abstract:Based on plentiful tests, the compressive strength and the splitting tensile strength of concrete reinforced with various volume fractions of basalt fiber were studied. The tests reveal that basalt fiber in proper quantities can significantly improve the compressive strength of concrete. Along with the increase of fiber contents in the mixed quantity within range of 0 - 5 kg/ms, the compressive strength of basalt fiber reinforced concrete increases gradually, especially 28 - day concrete test, where the influence of compressive the most significant. The splitting strength strength is is rising. When mixing content is 4 kg/m3, the compressive strength increased by 46. 3%. At this time the mixed contents of basalt fiber is optimum. Along with the contents continue to increase, the compressive strength declined. At the same time, adding basalt fiber can improved the early strength of concrete. Based on the test results of the comprehensive consideration of the actual application value, and puts forward the value for the optimal ratio of 4 kg/m3.
