海西文化创意产业的挑战与机遇

海峡西岸经济区毗邻台湾与东南亚的前沿，具有天然的文化区位优势，理应成为国内文化创意产业发展的重要区域。然而，当前海西文化创意产业却面临着巨大的挑战：就大环境而言，当前文化创意产业理论具有先天不足，在某些领域被当成了一种玄幻的概念，其副作用亦已显现；就区域特性而言，缺乏产业链基础、高端创意人才、“Higll”氛围与青年新锐群体，等等。当然，随着经济转型的加快，传统的文化相关产业将迎来宝贵的发展契机，海峡西岸经济区的区域发展机遇也已凸显。

Challenge and Opportunity for the Cultural and Creative Industry of Haixi

Adjacent to Taiwan and Southeast Asia, Haixi Economic Zone enjoys a natural advantage to host the cultural and creative industry of China. However, there are enormous challenges to develop cultural and creative industry in Haixi Economic Zone. From a macro perspective, the theoretical foundation for cultural and creative industry is yet weak that the idea is sometimes treated as a fantasy with poor impact. From the regional perspective, there is not much to say in terms of industrial chain, high-end creative professionals, a ＂high＂ surrounding or groups of young elites for the culture and creation. But meanwhile, with the acceleration of economic restructuring, the traditional culture-related industry will usher in a valuable opportunity for development, and so will Haixi Economic Zone.
