| 摘 要： | 班级既是当代学校中最基本的日常生活形式，又是当代学校中占绝对统治地位的教育教学单位。采用理性理论对班级中的各个主体问的互动分析，可以得出几种模式，对班级及学校中各种问题的解决提出一种新的思路。
