高压叶片泵噪声研究

摘    要:本文分析了影响叶片泵噪声的因素,对主要因素如定子曲线、预压缩、三角槽作了深入研究.提出了用高次曲线来代替大圆弧以增加预压缩来实现压力换接时的平稳过渡,并设计了预压缩系数.对三角槽和预压缩曲线的配合也作了研究,提出只有将三角槽的增压作用和预压缩曲线的预压作用配合起来使用,才能更有效地消除压力脉动,降低噪声.并作了计算机压力仿真,开发了集成设计软件包.

Abstract:The auttor analyzes the factors influencing the noise of balanced Vanepump wholly. The main factors such as Cam Curve; Pre-pressurization, meteringgroove are researched thoroughly.In order to make Vanes to transit from low pressure chamber to high pressurechamber smoothly, the author puts forward to use high--ordedr Curve insteadof arc curve to increase pressure and gives the method of designing pre-pressurizationAs to the relation of the pre-pressurization and the metering groove, the authorraises that only when they coordinate with each other, the smooth and steadpressure transition can be attain effectively. In addition, the authormakes a pressure simulation using Computor and'velops an integrateddesign software.
