应用酶工程技术去除牙齿色斑临床研究

摘    要:目的根据牙齿色斑的本质,选择不同种类的酶溶液对牙齿色斑进行处理,筛选出科学、有效的口腔液体含漱液,用于临床,并为其在去除牙齿色斑上的应用提供理论依据.方法用0.9%的生理盐水与不同种类的酶进行配比,在带有色斑的羟基磷灰石模板、离体牙及志愿者身上分别进行试验.结果筛查出能有效去除牙齿色斑对人体无毒副作用的酶溶液用于临床.结论柠檬酸锌盐溶液能安全有效地去除牙齿色斑.

Abstract:Objective Different kinds of enzyme solution were chosen to deal with teeth stains according to their characteristics. To screen a scientific and effective gargle, and to provide theoretical basis for its clinical application on the removal of teeth stains. Method Different kinds of enzyme were mixed with 0. 9% normal saline, of which the effectiveness were tested on hydroxyapatite templates and isolated teeth with stains, respectively. Results The enzyme solution was selected, which can be applied in clinical trials without side effect. Conclusion Citric acid zinc salt solution is safe and effective to remove teeth stains.
