| 摘 要： | 从水资源、黑风暴、黄土高原水土流失三个方面阐述了西北地区生态环境的现状，指出气候、水资源过量开发、人口快速增长是造成生态环境恶化的重要因素，只有合理开发利用水资源，控制人口增长，才能保持生态平衡

| Abstract: | This essay discusses the problem of ecology and environment of the northwest area in three aspects of water resource, black storm, the running off water and soil in the loses plateau and indicates that the ouerusing of uceather and water resource and the high speed increase of the population is closely interrelated with the deterioration of the environment. We should make reasonable use of water resource and keep the slowest increase of the population so that we can keep the balance of ecology and environment. |
