药剂温度控制系统的智能PID控制方法与实现

摘    要:针对药剂温度控制系统,提出了一种基于模糊系统的自整定PID控制器,用于解决系统中出现的纯时滞,大惯性,时变不确定性等问题,实际运行结果表明,这种方法达到了良好的控制效果,降低了被控量超调,且增强了系统的鲁棒性。

Abstract:This paper presents an intelligent tuning PID method based on fuzzy controller which is used in a temperature control system of medicament. The aim of this method taking specialities of a practical system into account is to tackle such problems as time delay, large inertia, uncertainties and so on. Furthermore, a realization in hardware and software of the system is provided as well.The results after system running show that the controller can reduce large overshoot,decrease setting time and make system effective in robustness to model uncertainties, meanwhile prove the superiority of this intelligent tuning method of PID controller over the classic one.
