| Abstract: | This paper deduces the efficiency foumulas of model 2K-H epicyclic gear train simply from the concept of the perfect gear train and summarizes these formulas and their suitable conditions into tables convenient for use; and on the basis of the knowledge that the efficiency is numerically less than 1, presents a new method of calculating the efficiency without confirming the power flow of the fixed carrier train. |
