| 摘 要： | 以牡丹‘太平红'品种为材料,探讨不同IBA浓度、不同蘸根时间对‘太平红'试管苗生根的影响.生根培养基采用WPM+IBA4.0mg/L+PVP1.0g/L+Vc50mg/L+gellangum2.0g/L+蔗糖30g/L.结果表明,适宜的生长素浓度能够促进生根,1000mg/LIBA+1s处理的牡丹试管苗生根率最高.

| Abstract: | The experiment was conducted to discuss the effects of different IBA concentrations and times of IBA treatment on the rooting capacity for tree peony plantlets of two cultivars on the basic media which was WPM+ IBA 4.0 mg /L+PVP 1.0 g /L+Vitamin C 50 mg /L+gellangum 2.0 g /L+sucrose 30 g /L.The results showed that the proper IBA concentrations improve the rooting capacity,the rooting rate of 1 000 mg/L IBA+1 s treatment was the highest. |
