GSH对甲醛的解毒作用

摘    要:本文以人红细胞为材料,探讨还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)对解除甲醛的毒作用效果,实验结果表明5mmol/L甲醛处理人红细胞后,磷酸甘油醛脱氢酶(GPDH)发生的变化与GSH含量的变化呈正相关,同时可滴定巯基含量变化则与Na.K-ATP酶活力变化呈负相关。在受甲醛毒害的红细胞悬液内加入GSH,GPDH活力得到恢复和提高,提示GSH有解除甲醛毒作用的效果。

Abstract:This study revealed that reduced gluta-thione (GSH) (concentration of ImM-4mM) induced an increase in the activity of glyceraldhyde phosphate dehydrogenase of humun erythrocyte suspended in 5mM formaldehyde. The results show a significant detoxication of GSH on human erythrocyte exposed to formaldehyde. It was also found a positive correlation between an decrease in the activity of glyceraldehyde phosphate dehydrogenase (GPDH) and GSH of erythrocyte by treatment at 5mM formaldehyde. These results support the notion that GPDH inhibition observed after formaldehyde addition is due to GSH depletion caused by formaldehyde.
