| 摘 要： | 本文用回归正交分析的方法,对工作在高含水量土壤中的高花窄胎体轮胎的齿高、齿对数、垂直载荷和滑转率四因素进行了综合的定量分析;对影响轮胎牵引性能的齿高和齿对数作了试验比较。结果表明轮齿齿高对牵引性能影响最显著,其次是滑转率。增加齿高可以提高牵引力和驱动功率效率,但齿高与齿对数的互相作用会降低驱动功率效率。

| Abstract: | By regressive-orthogonal method, synthetic and quantitative analysis are given of various factors such as lug height,number of lug-pair, vertical load and slipage on performances of pneumatic tire with high lugs and narrow carcass operated in silty paddy field. Experimental results show that lug height exercises greater effect on drawing performance of tire and slipage less. Increasing lug height will improve drawbar pull and driving efficiency,while interaction of lug height with pair number will cause loss of efficiency. |
