| 摘 要： | 将企业技术创新作为一项投资项目，根据企业在技术创新的实际过程中发生的费用和收益。界定企业技术创新评价过程中涉及到的转换成本和转换收益的内涵，从而准确地度量技术创新评价中的增量投资和增量效益，并利用线性模拟方法，计算技术创新所产生的转换收益。以企业技术创新的转换成本和转换收益为评价对象，利用内部收益率和净现值等评价指标，具体研究企业技术创新的经济可行性及其经济效果，为企业技术创新的经济评价提供理论依据和具体方法。

| Abstract: | The technological innovation of enterprise is acted as an investment project.In course of technological innovation the implication of conversion cost and conversion income is decided and so increased investment and income are measured accurately.Conversion income from technological innovation of enterprise is calculated using method of linear simulation.Economic feasibility and effect of technological innovation of enterprise are studied using inner income rate and net present valuation so as to provide theory and method for evolution on technological innovation of enterprise. |
