| 摘 要： | 公共决策的科学化、民主化水平对构建社会主义和谐社会具有直接性的重要作用。云南民族地区公共决策的科学化、民主化水平仍然较低,其制约因素多种多样,需进一步优化公共政策,促进民族地区社会主义和谐社会的建设。

| Abstract: | The public decision-making in a scientific and democratic manner plays a direct and important role in the construction of the harmonious society of socialism. The level of the public decision-making in a scientific and democratic style is still comparatively low, and the factors that restrict it are diverse and varied, so it is necessary for the government to optimize the public policy further to promote the construction of the harmonious society of socialism in the region of nationality. |
