| Abstract: | The stresses and loesses caused by drought to Shaanxi Agricultural development were anal-ysed ,the basic regularities of drought was summerized up. Main reason of drought form in the utiliza-tion of climate resource was commented,further more ,corresponding methods to solve these problemswere put forward. |
