| 摘 要： | 讨论了中国自１９７８年以来实施区域不平衡发展战略对西部社会经济发展的影响，西部实际发展的结果与不平衡战略的理论设想在很大程度上是相左的，在分析未来西部发展的环境基础上，提出构筑西部社会经济持续发展的思路．
