| 摘 要： | 研究了用非离子表面活性剂Ｔｗｅｅｎ２０作为增溶剂，双硫腙水相直接光度法测定人发中铅。在２５ｍＬ中含０～１０μｇ铅符合比尔定律，ε值可达１．３ｘ１０￣５Ｌ·ｍｏｌ￣（－１）·ｃｍ￣（－１），标准加入回收率为９９％～１０２％．
