| 摘 要： | 报道了脱硫弧菌（Ｄｅｓｕｌｆｏｖｉｂｒｉｏｄｅｓｕｌｆｕｒｉｃａｎｓ）的分离研究情况。应用Ｂａａｒｓ，Ｓｔａｒｋｅｙ和改良的Ｍｉｌｌｅｒ氏培养基，从９种土壤和污泥中分离出了脱硫弧菌，并对其生理生化特性作了一定研究和探讨。这些研究结果有助于进一步对管道细菌腐蚀机理的了解和认识。

| Abstract: | The isolation and study on Vibrio of desulfurization ( Desulfovibrio desulfuricans)withBaars' culture medium,Starkeys' culture medium and improved Miller' culture meditim. Vibrio of de-sulfurization is isolated from nine soil and sludge,and its physiological property,biochemical specificityare sttidied ,result of which is to further understanding the corroded mechanism of bacteria of pipeline. |
