| 摘 要： | 本文利用整数规划理论对黄浦江上游松江、闽行、吴泾和港口四个工业区水污染治理规划作了一些系统的分析,提出了最佳的治理方案和一些较好的方案,并通过灵敏度分析检验了计算结果的可靠性。结论可供决策时参考。此外,作者开发了一种“枚举可行解寻优法”,求解迅速,可大大地节省CUP时间。

| Abstract: | By using the integer programming method, a system analysis of water pollution control prosramfor the upper reaches of the Huangpu River, including Songjiang, Minhang, Wujing and Gangkou industrial districts, is given. An optimal control plan and some suboptimal plans are proposed. The reliability of the results is checked by sensitivity analysis. Hence, the conclusions may be useful for making decisions. Also in this paper, a new approach of obtaining optimum results by enumerating feasible solutions is developed. It can save much CPU time in calculation. |
