党的依法治国思想初探

依法治国是中国共产党治国的基本方略，也是江泽民同志对邓小平同志依法治国理论的继承和发展。但是怎样从我国的国情出发，克服和摒弃由“革”遗风中“人治”大于“法治”的弊端，实现“法治”而不要“人治”，依法进行国家和社会的一切活动。严格依法治国，使任何国家机关和公职人员在行使权力的同时必须依法行政，必须受到法律程序的约束和监督，规范行政执法、司法机关的程序。从而使我们在邓小平依法治国理论思想的指导下，在实践中积极探索，逐步建立健全社会主义法制，才能不断推进依法治国的进程。

The Primary Exploring to the Party's Thought of Ruling the Country According to the Law

The administration of the country according to law is the basic strategy of C.P.C in governing China , Which is DENG Xiao-ping's theory inherited and developed by JIANG Ze-min. We must administer the country strictly according to law, and we mustn't do that in anyone's opinion, so as to make the whole staff of the state organs and other officials carry out administrations according to law , restrained and supervised by law and the legal procedure, and finally, gradually perfect socialist legal system, carrying forward continuously the progress of administering the country according to law.
