基于UG NX5的汽车尾灯压力和震动仿真分析

摘    要:以一个汽车尾灯外罩3D机械模型为例,介绍如何使用UG NX5/CAM开发工具进行力学压力和震动仿真实验,并对仿真结果进行分析,以减少由于压力和震动影响造成汽车尾灯外罩机械件受损,从而达到充分利用CAM工具提高设计开发精度和效率,最终达到节约开发成本和缩短项目开发周期的目的。

Abstract:An example of vehicle taillight 3Dmodel is given in this thesis. It introduces how to use UG NX5 to execute stress and vibration simulation experiment in CAM environment, and analyze the simu- lation result in order to explain how to decrease the side effect caused by stress and vibration on mechanical parts of vehicle taillight and to fully use CAM tool to improve the design and development accuracy and efficiency. Ultimately, we can obtain the target of saving design cost and reducing the project period.
